when you live in cities like delhi,chennai,ahmedabad,surat or pretty much anywhere in central and south india,tanning is a major problem for people living there.tanning happens due to the destruction of melanin in our skin caused by UV rays.so before going in the sun on should always wear a sunscreen of SPF 40+ to avoid tanning.
